I had an experience of a lifetime as a Marshal day 1 on Zaldains boat. 8’-9 footers is no joke in a bass boat. But Zaldain knows his shit and I knew we’d be alright. He drove the shit out of that Z21. I was blessed to be paired with him. What an awesome dude. 2024 is Zal’s year!

Thank you for giving Barb her due. I'm lucky enough to fish in the same bass club as Barb up here in NY, even won a tournament out of the back of her boat last week. Truly one of the great people in our sport. We are so incredibly lucky to have her up here helping to protect this incredible resource we have. She has helped save probably thousands of fish through her fizzing education and her homemade fizz kits over the years.
She’s single handedly educated the elites and many who were once elites. She’s all that’s right with bass fishing

I have been fighting with people all year about fizzing fish and them say fizzing kills the fish!! They need to take people like that and drop then of in 50’feet of water
More people need to learn the right way and practice outside of tournaments to see how it keeps them alive and healthy. Livewell a couple, fizz them and see that they stay alive. Learning and gaining confidence will go a long way

Question. If a fish can naturally release air in their bladder on their own, would they fiz their air bladder if we kept them in the water and waited for them to realize they're ready to go down on their own? Just wondering if this is possible.
What spinning combo do you recommend in that 200 dollar range, using it for mostly drop shot, small jerkbait, and tiny crankbaits??
