A Great video!! It shows what a real rigging is. There is way more to it than just slapping electronics on and go to the lake. Those guys worked like a well oiled machine.

The new boat looks great. Nitro is a great boat. At the end of the day all BS aside these boats are so similar that no matter what brand they are all great. The electronics and all the other items needed to be competitive are just as equally similar. The biggest difference in all professional anglers is their preparation and mental focus. You have been as constant as any of the top anglers and I expect another great year. God Bless

@Zaldaingerous only thing I changed this year was I removed the Megalive and went with Livescope a few weeks ago. I had a Nitro prior to my new Skeeter. Both good boats. Will you get the new Megalive 2?

It’s nice to see you rockin in a nitro a lot of guys are too good for nitro make fun of them granite it’s not the best craftsmanship and when I bought mine on my way home from bass pro the fender was bouncing on the tire all the bolts were loose and there were still metal shavings in the carpet and my running lights didn’t work but that’s just from trying to put together boats in a hurry once the little stuff was fixed it was a great boat

Beautiful rig man!! You may already know but just a heads up. Unless nitro upgraded the trailer hangers from the 22s you may want to install a dexter tandem kit. As much as you guys travel the plastic bushings in the stocks will be destroyed. Mine made it about 3000 miles before I had to replace the hangers.
But other than that I love mine! It will also help with all the popping and cracking noise when pulling it. Not sure why nitro gets so much flack. Mine has been great!

Wicked job by Texas Boat Works!! Hey Chris, just curious - you running a 45" or 52" shaft on that Ultrex? Just curious if the pros go with the longer shaft to handle rougher water or is it too long for all the shallow stuff? Best of luck this season!!
So I have a 52” on it right now but I also have a 45” I can swap in for shallower stuff if I need to. I used to always run 45” but this year I decided to give the 52” a go
I know you have to put the wrap on the boat, but that's a beautiful boat just like it is.
It really is but the wrap will keep it pristine for whoever buys it in a year
That rig reminds me of my old Charger 496TF. Huge deck Cadillac cockpit deep hull. Big water boat

Now if they worked like that on every boat (pace).... Production scale i love it. I pride myself on the fact that I can build a to spec (ufas, ada, adba) handicap ramp in a day to day in a half.
Haha the caffeine etc consumption to keep that sort of pace would probably be way too unhealthy
2 cups of coffee for caffeine and weed for etc. No alcohol, no pills except for cholesterol and a antacid. I will admit that I turn to steroids for helping a injury but never finished the cycle always had leftovers for next injury lmao.

Chris why does my Hummingbird get interference every time I step on my Ultrex? I've had the boat for almost two years but it just started happening last summer. 🤷♂️
It may be because your transducer cable is too close to your power wires. Try to separate. If this doesn’t work, call Texas Boat Works and they can diagnose.
Is it because you power the Hummingbird from the trolling motor batteries? I’ve heard that causes interference. I had a friend who did that and he never had a problem with it tho

A tip for the stainless nylock nuts…don’t use a high speed driver or they will melt the nylon and seize up…ask me how I know.

Mounting my trolling motor while holding the nylock nut under the deck with a wrench I used a drill driver on the bolt. I guess I used to much speed on the drill and it melted the nylon and seized the nut on the bolt shaft….🤬
No need to keep explaining changing sponsors. U are doing what u have to. Nobody should go buy a boat cause a pro says it’s the best. I watch a lot of pros that will tell u a wooden raft is best as long as they are sponsored or monetarily helped by them. Although I wouldn’t have went as far as saying I’m running nitro for rest of my career. Love this channel. Keep up good work.
