Introducing The Murphy Crossing Project: Atlanta BeltLine Westside

Exciting news: Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) and Invest Atlanta have approved the selection of Culdesac, Inc. in partnership with Urban Oasis Development, to be the developers of the transformational Murphy Crossing mixed-use redevelopment project in Atlanta’s Oakland City neighborhood and adjacent to Adair Park and Capitol View. The anticipated revitalization of the 20-acre site will create a high-density, transit-oriented community with long-term, affordable housing, affordable commercial spaces and new amenities adjacent to BeltLine’s Westside trail.
Urban Oasis Development is thrilled to be continuing the next steps of this process alongside our partners, Culdesac!
The Urban Oasis Development team includes Sims Real Estate Group (Sims REG), which launched in 2006 and is an award-winning real estate company focused on building and renovating superior single-family homes within intown Atlanta, Georgia markets such as city of Decatur, Kirkwood, Westside, Historic Adair Park and Historic West End. We specialize in developing infill lots, which includes both major renovations of older homes and new construction of homes and townhomes.
