Well it looks like what you get when you spend £200 billion and produce 1.6 million tonnes of carbon. There is really nothing in this video that shows in any way that this is a success or was the correct decision. It is all too easy to be impressed with shiny stuff.

Of course there are no factories. The country makes nothing. I am not sure that you understand that construction uses huge amounts of carbon, therefore unnecessary construction is to be avoided. They will never use these facilities again. They fit more people than the country has citizens.

Qatar is the best place to arange Asia cup, Eurocup, and Copa America. Because they have best stadiums and people can travel with in 1hr everywhere..and the facilities are very nice..

I'm really enjoying your Vlogs. You know what, maybe there's some very positive things we (Western Europe) can take from the Middle East and how they run this World Cup. I love how the fans mix well, there's extraordinary passion in the stadiums, and from their fans we get to see how massive football is in places like Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia etc. I know some may disagree with this, but I think many people have been pleasantly surprised how much fun they can have without alcohol being at the centre of things. Also, the absence of idiots and trouble makers who are either banned, can't afford to come out, or decided this event was too tame for them, has helped absolutely everyone.
Alcohol has still been plentiful here for the fans of England, Wales, Argentina, Ecuador, and others. But alcohol is not necessary for a good time. Morocco fans were incredible today and as England fans we support them and applaud them 👏🇲🇦
It is good there is no trouble. Price too high though? I think so.
Most of the stadiums have been half empty and even then half the fans are immigrant workers who are being paid to be fans at each game and in the fans feats, it’s embarrassing

I just watched all your videos on Qatar. I am an American, have been living in Qatar for 10 years (17 years in the region in total), and am a PhD student at University of Birmingham. I've not a big football fan, but I like the game. I was looking forward to all of the people, cultures, languages, races, and nationalities coming here in one place, but the negativity on social media just deflated me. I found it really sad that there was so much hatred and disrespect. While the French, Danish, and German attitudes are expected, I am extremely surprised and disappointed by the Spanish and Aussies. I haven't even left my neighborhood because I'm just sick of it all.
Your videos shed a positive and balanced light on the country and its people and residents. It's good to see that people are enjoying themselves and trying to gain a better understanding of life here. You have gained a subscriber and a new Birmingham football fan.
If I leave my neighborhood, it will only be because I've seen your videos and understand that it's not all hostile out there. If I happen to run into you, I just want to shake your hand dude.
