This was wel though our plan and he probably practiced for a long time before escalating to rape. The only thing you said up here that I agree with is the part where you said ask the woman what she wants. Everything else, no... just no. 1: He impersonated a policeman which is a serious enough crime due to how very scary and intimidating it can be for a potential victim especially if they're unable to discern a phony cop from a real one. 2: He "arrested" his victim and drove her to an apartment complex against her will which is kidnapping, another heinous crime, and 3: he raped her. So we're talking about three very serious crimes here. It's not like he's getting LIP because he stole some sneakers from Forman Mills. He committed three heinous crimes at once so whether he had priors or not is irrelevant. I wholeheartedly agree with him getting LIP. Maybe if he'd done this to you, your mother, your sister, or some other female relative in your family that you love, your daughter even, you'd be this forgiving as to give him a light sentence but most women with half a functioning brain wouldn't be and you and I both know it and I think you know good and damn well rape is a serious enough crime that it carries a sentence way longer than that.
