Axel looks a little bit camp in those white shorts. Never a fan of Axel but credit for taking part. Never easy to sing Queen songs. Even with the depth of vocal talent that night few matched Freddie
Axl is one of the best rock front men who've ever been. He's one hell of a lyricist and musician. He plays the piano amazingly and he has the highest notes in the world. I adore Freddie, but let's not take that man for granted and feel sad for it if he died before us!!!!
@@rolennon You forgot that Freddie too sang in underwear a few times too and did sex moves. Stop hating the man over nothing... He's one hell of a singer and musician.
@@rolennon That's your opinion and not a fact. If you want to discuss an unbiased educated opinion, you have to rely on a little logic!!! Axl's voice is also beyond divine. And now you have no sense in your argument. Your argument is now so weakened. You're attacking and barking just for the sake of it... First you said it's the underwear (which are carried beautifully in that beautiful body), then the moves (which are amazing) and now lastly his Bohemian Rhapsody ending performance which is amazing also and which wasn't even included in this video... this shows you lack logic in your argument. Go listen to Patience, Don't Cry, Estranged, November Rain....then come and talk about Axl's voice not being divine. Jesus man. Grow up.
Yes, George Michael was a very good choice for the time but think he had unfinished business of his own to take care of that stopped him committing full time to Queen. BTW I don't like the most recent "parody" now fronting Queen, what were they thinking of?
OK??? Really? & that coming from your expert opinion? That was fucking amazing.... GNR owned the 90s and hence Brain May went to jam with them in "their" concert. And that's why they were chosen to be on the top list of the trubute concert (not this one)...
Sorry I like Axl but I think George Michael was the best in the Trbute Concert for Freddie. And I don't know anything about the 90's because I got stranded in the 70's & 80's with Freddie.
@@carmemdejesus7415 Right.... I respect your opinion. But we can agree to disagree. I think that Axl would beat George Michael at any single contest anytime anywhere....
@@carmemdejesus7415 Yes of course we can't compare Freddie with Axl. I would also pick Freddie over Axl anytime anyday. But Axl isn't into just heavy or mere hard rock. Please listen to Patience, November Rain, Estranged, One in a Million just to taste the sweetness of tender Axl. And of course Don't Cry. ⚘⚘⚘⚘
This comment section proves that there are a lot of new "kids" or more like millennials who know nothing about rock and dare to talk about one of the best frontmen and musicians of all time & that's Axl Rose people. If you weren't born during the Guns N' Roses golden era of the eighties and nineties then please shut up and stop typing crap about giants. Go educate yourself to find reports done by experts showing that Axl had the highest vocal range ever aside from Tears for Fears frontman. Now, I adore Freddie, but let's not undermine another immensely huge talent like Axl's. He was a better lyricist than all Queen members put together. He could run around the stage in his special way and is one hell of a piano player. If you guys start comparing him to George Michael then this means you are "pop" & worse commercial pop followers who know nothing about Hard Rock & Rock N' Roll. So save your opinions until you make proper research. You don't have to love Axl, but at least have one iota of respect for the giants. Guns N' Roses, Nirvana and the 90s Metallica were the best rock groups of that period. Coming slightly afterwards are Megadeth. Queen are legends on their own, but they held the era before the 90s. B Haddock as far as I’m concerned nobody can match Freddie. I hate to hear his songs sung by anyone but him

SHOW SHOW SHOW💯🇧🇷🔬🎥🔭✌👍
No one will ever be able to replace Freddie, but I think Axl did a good job- you either love him or hate him ;))
Hi, good point. Freddie had such range and ability to take on lots of styles. It's almost as if you need 3 or 4 singers to cover Freddie's vocal parts
I hate him... The way he moves... Singing in underwear.... What a clown
@@rolennon You forgot that Freddie too sang in underwear a few times too and did sex moves. Stop hating the man over nothing... He's one hell of a singer and musician.
The way he sang the last part of Bohemian Rhapsody... Is really awful. Freddie could do anything cause his voice was divine...

A guy named Walker Alford is fucking the entire GnR community, by having videos pulled down, and channels deleted.
George Michael should have sung all the songs at this concert and been the new queen singer

This isn't from the tribute concert.
@@bhaddock9277 I agree with you!!!
But he could have done that as well? As freddie did his own solo stuff as well as queen stuff?
Axl Rose is a far more talented musician and singer than George Michael
Nobody beats Freddie singing nor in shorts!!!! That said Axl was ok.
