  • I’m moving my son into his new house. After moving a few things out I was approach that I would be fined for not telling the security desk. The younG lady told me that the people at the security desk is very problematic and she was sent to spy on us. Which they fine for everything at this complex. So as I was leaving she told me to go put my things back in the house as if I was a child. Now trying to leave for 45 mins she would not let me out the gate. So here’s what happened.

I have leaned never to live in a gate community in Mexico. I have learned that the gate community in Mexico have their own law, and some gates have their own Polices. Even if you call the police, they have the right to refuse to let the police in. So, do your homework before going live in gate community in Mexico. In Mexico, those gates communities put people in jail for not paying rent. I know this is not your case, but just to explain how powerful they are. They have the power to keep your belongings until they are sure all money is paid and their books balance, lol😂.

Not everything is racism. The gates in Mexico are very regulated. Mexican are subjected to the same rules.

@@travelerawakenings8477 I hope that it is not racism, but as I saw it there was no reason to keep them trapped there .

@branbeelotus It is not racism.. The gate communities have law. They need to check everything with the landlord before letting you go. If they find that, per example, you broke something that you need to pay for, you need to pay it before you leave. If you don't have the money, they are allowed to hold your stuff until you pay what you owe. You will let go, but your stuff will stay behind. I believe the gate employees were checking with the landlord to make sure everything was clear before letting her go. They took pictures of her tag and pictures of the car if ever they find something, so they can find her. Here, if you don't pay your rent, you can go to jail. So, better get your money before you come live here. Landlords take very seriously their rent money. That why before signing the lease, they require you to hire a Notary to explain you all the details in the lease.
Blacks here don't encounter racism. Mexican love Blacks. Not everything is racism. If you go to Africa and you will see how they treat you when doing business with you, then you will say it's racism. Outside of America, people don't play when it comes to dealing about money. Business is business.
