You might want to rename your video or description to warn unsuspecting suckers with older watches that the operation is more difficult. I spent 4 hrs attempting this with a 1289 module and the net result is that neither the new or old LCD work properly. Total fucking disaster. The job is far easier on the 3230 which is more conveniently designed around the LCD attachment area.
