I'd love to see a video on how you helped Rosco with separation anxiety. You're completely right about small dog syndrome. It has more to do with socialization than anything else. Small dogs are often fearful of larger dogs and you will need to do some desensitization to get them to realize that you're not going to let a larger dog hurt them. Which also means that the onus is on you to ensure you don't let your little dog interact with a larger dog that isn't safe for him or her. So you'll need to learn dog body language so that you can tell which dogs are "safe" and which are "unsafe" for your little dog. And you'll also have to determine which dogs they can meet and sniff but not play with (for example, our little ones are friendly with a large German Shepherd who is not in any way aggressive toward them. I'll let the meet, but not play because the Shepherd plays too rough and might hurt them without meaning to).

Hello! It would b great if you shared a video on separation anxiety. I would absolutely love to get a Maltipoo pup, so your videos are very interesting. Roscoe is the cutest little guy. By the way, my answers were nine yes and one no! I think it's a the right dog for me. I've sent through so many dog breeds but I kept on finding better ones for my family, and I think a Maltipoo is the final one. Obviously we won't find a dog that is "perfect" but I think a little Maltipoo would define to fit in our family. Even though separation anxiety is a common Maltipoo symptom I think it will be okay since I don't go to school but I will definitely watch your video about it if you do decide to make one. Thank you a lot for making the video!

Hmm... that’s a great question! I can’t remember exactly, but maybe 8-10 inches tall?
As Julia said, it's going to depend on whether the poodle is a toy or miniature. My little Cian maltipoo's dad was a miniature (not a toy) poodle, so she's a bit larger than Rosco. Cian weighs about 11 1/2 pounds.
Anyway how did u teach rosco settle down or transition him from crate napping during the day to like a bed that sits in the kitchen or like living room ??!
At he beginning we had Rosco on a leash and stepped on it gently to bring him into a lying down position. Then after a while he’d fall asleep at our feet while we were working. I’m not sure if this is the best method out there, but it’s how we taught him in the beginning.
