I was at this concert. There’s nothing like the sheer joy of a Queen show, the entire band just radiates their love of the music and performing and audiences share it. I love also when singing Radio Gaga note how Adam gives attention to Roger, he is so respectful of Roger and Brian. Saw their early 2012 gigs at the Hammersmith and several more, each one a total treat as well as a homage to the great Freddie.
I listened to this as I was going to bed last night thinking “holy shxt Adam’s vocals are so insanely good!” and I’m pretty sure after that I had a conversation in my sleep trying to tell my Dad, who wasn’t there, the same thing. It’s true though he sounds soooo good here.
I’m glad that they’re still playing. We can’t Freddie, but we can have Brian and Roger. I wish that John would play with them. And Adam is great with the band.
