    What I did was barrel to barrel light taps all around the barrel a few times than I went medium taps the next time around than a lil harder taps around the barrel again than took it to BP and this was with my voltage and no problems whatsoever

      Very Fair Point Louis! We actually didn't have a compression tested at the time of this video being shot...
      WE HAVE ONE ON ORDER NOW!
      Perhaps when the tested gets in I can reshoot the video to show the performance results!.
      Thank you for the feedback. Noted & Appriciated!

    Love the video, thank you!
    I did the 50 at 50%, 50 at 75% of a tee, but I dont have a pitching machine or anybody to pitch for me. What should my next step be?
    PS. I am in Canada, and we use Grey Dots.

    • @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653
      @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653  Před 10 měsíci +1

      No worries. At 100 swing it should be pretty much opened up. You can take a half bucket at 100% off the tee and that should be good for games! (Obviously if you hit 60 MPH max it will take a lot more to break in that someone who hits 80+ Mph)

      @@evolutionsportsexcellencel7653 Thanks for the reply! I think ill do the Tee at 100%.
      I have no idea how fast I hit, but I did hit a homer over a 290feet field with super high fences. Dunno what the velo is on that. The bat is a Fab 4 Clark 2022 27oz.

  • @jordan.jfitnessjohnston7850

    Did all this and my sanchez still split. I think louisville just needs to make it more durable. Absolutly love them but quality control clearly lacks when there the only company with this issue

    • @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653
      @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653  Před rokem

      Fair, with increased barrel compression comes the tradeoff of durability. The 2023 Louisville Tech is supposed to feature the same performance with increased durability!
      They are in development making them more durable without losing performance. Only time will tell!
      The break-in procedure is still highly recommended to warm up the resin & composite materials for maximum performance!

    Would it impact my bat if I did not start with the tee I used the softball slow pitch machine instead and used the same method of 50% swing instead of my full swing

    • @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653
      @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653  Před rokem

      Not Necessarily. The Main reason we recommend starting on the tee is it is easier to apply the EXACT spot of the barrel you are trying to break in. As Long as you Only Rotate on good contact(s) it shouldn't affect the quality of the break in. (Might just take a little longer depending on how much you Mis-Hit)

      Use the ball that you would use in your league to break the bat in. Temperature matters as the colder it is the ball will become stiffer causing more compression.

    • @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653
      @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653  Před rokem +1

      You don't have to "actively rotate" the bat once it is broken in.
      Please make sure you aren't ALWAYS hitting with one side because that will cause uneven break-ins! (Unless it's the new AXE slowpitch bat!)

      Do NOT use dimple balls or machine balls. If you can we recommend using the balls that you will be hitting in your league to break in your bat. (Up in Canada we ONLY use Hot Dots... Therefore, that's what we used in the video! :)

      @evolutionsportsexcellencel7653  Před rokem

      @@banana403 The Way Bats are constructed now they have a limited amount of swings before they will "Fail" Compression testing for being "TOO HOT". (Or in some bats cases limited swings before the walls start to spider and inevitably "crack".) If You only have 349.99 every 5 years to buy a new bat... Then yes don't swing that bat in the cage as you are using your "Game Ready Swings" to practice. However if you get a new bat ever year to two years just swing away! Essentially using your "Gamer" bat as a practice bat will just heavily affect the longevity of your bat!
