I don't wear much make up either and people always think I'm younger than I am. Plus my dermatologist says my oily skin helps. 😅

I love Gucci Westman's approach to makeup and beauty! Very realistic and attainable. I think some of my favorite looks, were when Drew worked a lot with the makeup artist Jillian Fink, and her gorgeous Charlie's Angels looks! :)

It’s not. It’s basic AF and incredibly overpriced for what it is. Flower Beauty for ex. is miles above it in terms of quality and a better price. Westman Atelier is low grade lux products. If it didn’t have the name or the packaging you’d see it for its mediocre quality 🤣🤣🤣

I have heard about GW for awhile, she has a good youtube channel & she does make-up for all the "natural beauties" in Hollywood (Gwenyth, Julianne, Kate, Julia, etc)...i like how she talked about "Skinimalism" -- having a minamilistic approach to makeup & skincare ... I've always favored the "no make-up" make-up looks over the "Over-the-top Glam" make-up looks that have been popularized via so many youtube Make-up Gurus -- who realistically has the time to do some of those looks on a daily basis, unless it's a special occasion or something (looking at you Nikki Tutorials & Jefree Star)?
What GW did here on Collete looks so natural ... she simply "accented" her natural beauty with make-up, as opposed to painting on 5 lbs of foundation, powder, contour, eyeshadow, etc. & making her look like someone else ...
Gwenyth is a natural beauty? She looks 15 years older than she is and she has major sun damage to her skin . Oh wait because she thinks she can highlight with sunscreen. She is a shriveled up dry bag. Sorry not sorry. Gucci couldn’t apply enough makeup to make her look “natural”
@@deathbeforedecaf7755 I'm not the biggest fan of Gwenyth either. Like her celeb persona has always annoyed me, but i do think she looks good for her age. I am sure she has lots of treatments, botox, etc, but at least it looks natural to me. She also has access to alot of things us regular folk don't due to money and connections, but she does look good imo.

Me too. I saw that when they zoomed in. But it wasn’t addressed .
Someday I hope we will stop using language like “how to correct undereye bags”... as if your natural face is inherently wrong. I love makeup but the way we talk about it can really make the difference between creating insecurities for people and inspiring a fun mode of expression and confidence

Mature skin, crepey skin. We talk about our bodies in such negative ways. I’m 43 and now I’m supposed to have mature skin. Is that supposed to make me feel good? I have better skin than a lot of 20 year olds but they have the luxury of their skin being just skin and not called mature. So infuriating!

I go to sleep around 9pm every night. Sleep is a great cure for "not looking tired". 🛏🤗😆

I get up early, eat breakfast, and do my hair & face for work, and I am not ashamed of being a human being, 45 years old this July. Just work with what you have.
I moisturize the skin, then pat and dab my foundation in slowly. Skin is organic.
I use sunscreens all Summer, as you still get a glow, even with sunscreen, but not the red crocodiles skin and cancer.
Spend time on yourself every morning. It only takes 10 quality minutes, to put your face together. I am into loads of mascara, but remember, your smile is your most beautiful feature, "make up" should just be the cherry on top of the cake.

I agree - the under eye bag issue was not really addressed.
Tried the foundation and had to wash it off! So heavy and just felt awful. Had it looked nice I would have learned to live with it but it was blah Just horrible

I was wondering that myself because I am a essential oil user & I've always been taught that coconut oil clogs the pores - so no putting on your face?? Does anyone know the correct answer to this ??? Because I'd love to try but I do have large pores & sure don't want to make the worse..lol
