I am not sure how icbm will be useful when launched from air. Launching from land and sea including submarines should be good enough. Air to land or air to air missiles will be useful if they are supersonic and short ranges like within 500 kms range.

What is the use of these super weapons if Qatar can wrongly imprison 8 Indian navy personnel and India has to pay blackmail amount of $78 billion in a Qatari gas contract for 10 years to get them released. Indian government gets regularly extorted and blackmailed by various vested interests and even other countries. These weapons are useless against these tactics. Indian government is weak and cowardly

Good point...remember that Qatar is not an independent country in terms of it's policies...all most all the gulf nations are a proxy for the US mainly and in some cases there are other players...anything that happens w.r.t these proxy nations can't be taken at it's face value there are several other players involved...Ambani family is extremely close with the qatar royal family with business interests in hundreds of billions of $$$..so you never know who actually is the puppet master....
AI can play a vital role in moving targets like fighter planes or enemy missiles or vehicles in sea and ground. Also, it will help a lot if the launching pad is also moving which is a very difficult use cases.
It can also be used to launch drone swarms for multiple purposes right from hitng targets with small AI models inside miniature drones. It can be used in surveillance and agriculture.
AI - Artificial Intelligence can/would be used for detection, classification and tracking of the target. The advantages it will offer would be targeting the desired Targets with accuracy, tracking accurately and may be used to change the decision to hit the target at last moment that's why we called it intelligence.
For tracking we used Kalman Filtering or Particle Filtering and can be integrated with AI Predictive classification and detection.
