Cris, thank you for sharing! This was a tremendous personal goal in which you overcame claustrophia, and a possible panic attack and accomplished an important goal! Hold on to this memory if you ever doubt yourself in a situation, because you can do anything.
Wow! Could you imagine being an actress and doing make-up for hours before sets in a horror film? Doing Disney princess make -up each day was enough for me. Whew!

Great video! I tried this process in a high school art class. When it got to the part where everyhing was covered but my nose, I had straws in my nostrils to let me breathe...... I'm so claustrophobic, I freaked out before the plaster could set and ruined the entire process... Props to you guys for making it through!

I am very partial to Starbucks coffee at home, and I normally go for the darkest varieties, but I do enjoy mixing it one-to-one ratio with a weaker coffee, but generally, I definitely prefer Starbucks coffee because it is stronger and richer (shiny, oil rich grounds) and not like sawdust like some other brands 😆
This was so awesome. I bet this must've been the best experience behind a peek behind the creepy curtain, especially once you finally got done with the process. As antsy as I can get, I'm not sure how well I would've been able do this. You're such a trooper.

Omg you're so brave for doing that I'd start freaking out after a bit. I just had an MRI recently that was a 30min MRI and needed to be in the full tube and it started to be a bit too much so idk if I could do this lol. Kudos to you Chris!
