How was the in flight menu and can u guide me about connecting flights over here

Menu was fair with both hot(sandwich) and cold(filled bun) options along with cake and drink.
Transit was quite easy. Their staff will properly guide you. Even they gave us stroller for our kid as you have to walk alot.
