They didn't let me board from india.. They said i need UAE visa as i have different PNR than my othe connecting airline so i need to check in my bags again
@HAMDEEP SINGH to be honest, we need to check these stuff ourselves. I mean, as long as i have a transit in a country that needs a visa, even for 3 hours, i need to check if i need to apply for a visa or other requirements.
If you're transiting through the same terminal, do you still need to go through security? I fly into Terminal 3 and depart Terminal 3. Won't have any checked luggage. Only carry-on.

Etihad is one of the best and safest airlines out there right now, my dad said they were fantastic and so do the majority of people

If your stopover period in Abu Dhabi is 4 hours or less than that, then you won't need a transit Visa..😊

If the ticket is booked together and its same ongoing airline then don't need to pick... it will transfer automatically
Check if you have same or different PNR number on both tickets.. If it is same then no problem.. Otherwise you need visa
