Working as a freelancer in sports is also more difficult because most of the times it’s a kid/teenager you are working with and they don’t want to spend much. So make sure you don’t undercharge and know the value of your work.
DEFINITELY have to make sure you know your worth and stick to it no matter who you’re working with 💯

One little question, when it comes to covering your music, stock video or vfx subscriptions etc, how do you incorporate those costs into your project fee for editing? If your monthly subscription is $30. Do you just charge an extra $30 to cover that monthly cost? Any insight would be amazing! Keep up the amazing tutorials!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I've been shooting for 1 1/2 years now and have been shooting for FREE, it seems difficult for me to charge.
It can definitely be a challenging thing. At some point you have to just say a price and be okay with possibly being rejected. Hopefully some of what I talk about here can help you out.
