- Felt a little nostalgic over the long week end...got the sub 3 hours and no mission fail this time around. However, there are plenty of jump fails...we'll blame it on the rust of not playing for over a month :)

The residential district was by FAR the best level of the game.
I still have the original copy of gta2 i got in 2000. Love this game

I get chilling vibes when playing in the Residential District reminds me of the times I've spent in it trying to figure out how to beat some missions as a kid

plan is to eventually improve fullgame 100%, so yeah, I'll go through both residential and industrial when I have time :D your route definetely helps a lot with understanding of some things. Even though I already changed few things there and there in my residential route, they are still mainly based on your run ;)

@@Ostry018 The frenzy called for destroying 20 cops cars in 60 seconds, which is unrealistic by normal playthrough. Another problem is that a cascading explosion (stacking cars side-by-side) would not register as a vehicle destroyed -- the car had to be destroyed by a direct shot from the electrogun. So R3dlineR6 intentionally set up the cars that way so he could quickly destroy them without a cascading explosion.

I think they patched it out. I used to play around with it a LOT but in the free to play version it didn't work.
Simple test, you just jump and spam attack (while having something throwable equipped) you should fly at a constant height.
Congrats on sub 3! Looking at your video I just noticed and didn´t know before is that you can get the Wang Car glitch not only if you collect the same car after saving but also if you collect a total of 8 cars, despite collecting the same car inbetween, lol.
Thanks, still lots of mistakes but it's ok for now I guess. Frenzies are such a grind in this district lol. You're right about the wang car glitch and I hope to see some new GTA videos from you in the near future :)
First gang mission is the red Zaibatsu one. Then you leave the Z Men behind. Absolute madman.

the wang cars do not respawn after I save the game. do you have an idea why or how to fix that? can't play residental 100% without it :(
You need to play version 9.7 I believe...I got my version many years ago when rockstar had them for download but they have since removed it :(

I'm not a speedrunner, so should someone explain why a large bulk of this is just collecting the Wang cars again and again?
It is a 100% speedrun, not a regular speedrun. In 100% speedruns you need to complete everything

@@IAmSeanFleming i did not watch so carefully but I think if he did so he did it to make his life easier, either to "jump" to the certain spot on the map or something else
He's doing it to complete Kill Frenzies. Since its rewards include police vehicles, it's easier than just gaining wanted levels just to destroy them in a very limited time.

X Kai San Andreas will be difficult to complete in one playthrough you're right. However, my next goal for now will be to complete GTA 2 Industrial 100%...I'll start playing again in about a couple months !
R3dlineR6 sweet, so a question what's your favorite GTA. Mine is the first, London, vice city, advance, the ballad of gay Tony and Chinatown wars.
Bit vice city is my favourite because of Tommy and it has some hardcore missions and I love the setting, just wish there was surfing and stuff like that
You love advance? advance is shit tho and im saying this as i gave literally every gta but 4 alot of time into them. well 6-8 hours into advance but i finished the story missions and i completed 80% of it prograssed the game rather fast than the rest of gta titles since there is not much to the side missions other than the usual stuff mostly other than some annoyances with time limits and technical issues that made me struggle a bit i still did all of it but despite giving it time i still consider it as the worst gta game nowhere near shitty or outright unplayable but not a good title.
I like GTA 1 and 2 (because of nostalgia), Vice City (because of the soundtrack and cool cars), San Andreas (because of the map and customizations and stuff), and IV (because I like its graphics more than V, and I like its aura).

I have spent countless hours trying my hardest to earn $3,000,000 and I seriously just can’t. I’m not sure what to do. The closet of gotten is just under $2,000,000. I’m gonna break my TV very soon!
I wouldn't necessarily follow the order of missions I'm doing here if the goal is simply to pass the district. I would do all green phone missions first...then the yellow ones...you can also save the game in GTA 2 which is nice
R3dlineR6 yeah, that’s what I’ve been doing. I beat all the green first and then yellow. Damn cops are always on me tho and I constantly lose my multiplier
