he had the kinda speed that didnt come naturally. he trained for it and he needs to do it again since he lost the speed . but everytime he comes back to tfitness he plays games and needs to recover. hopefully he trained seriously during pandemic cuase the speed was all he had.

@@raheem201231 fair point😂 there was a lot of skill and quality in that midfield but no solidity, from a defensive standpoint. It felt like Barcelona with no sergio busquets. Plus giroud was not the right man to play up top. He was decent but we needed a different style of striker imo.

Since then, it's been a rough couple of seasons for arsenal especially after we lost Sanchez and Ozil but thanks to the top talent coming through now with Saka, Smith-Rowe, Martinelli and Ramsdale doing his thing in between the sticks, along with Arteta's help the club is finally regaining it's identity
Giroud was such a good plan B man. Would be a lot more appreciated by Arsenal fans if we had a world class striker and Giroud as a backup..

Geez man... Manuel Neuer irritated me so much in this game.... Although he conceded 2 goals.. he was always there doing everything to keep the ball out
He even managed to keep Ozil's goal out (almost at least) .... superhuman levels
For second goal, while the fans and club itself are praising Ozil who is no longer on the pitch, they failed to appreciate Bellerin who is currently actively playing on the pitch.
The Bellerin's unexpected pace and interception, incredible speed, composure and assist of the second goal is much underrated.

The thing is Leno’s one was a double save, the first being Eriksen and the seconds save was just pure instincts and reflexes. Neuer’s one is incredible cause he knew where it was going and used his reflexes aswell. Both good but Neuers is better imo.
