- Kettlebell Sport Workout of the Day:
“Triple Double”,
6min of non stop lifting:
2min Jerk, 28reps
2min Long Cycle, 18reps
2min Double Half Snatch, 22reps

Wow! So much great information here. I will watch this several times. I am wondering if I understood correctly, you spray water on your shirt so that your elbows won't slide in the rack position? Do you wear a cotton t-shirt or is it a different fabric? And you said you learned you never put the bells down, did you ever have to set them down before the 10 minutes in your competition career? Double half snatch is a favorite of mine, but with 12kg, it's incredible what you are able to do. Great video, I learned a lot. Thank you!!
i am not denis but i can answer your questions: spraying the shirt with water helps with grip in the rack, which puts the weight through your legs instead of your shoulders. Its probably a cotton t- shirt which also helps for the same reason

Do you do any extra training for your legs or is it all from KB Sport exercises?
Yes, I do.
About 12 weeks of weighted Jump Squats (16-32kg),
next 12 weeks: High reps Back Squats (up to 100reps) starting light (45-65lg and building up to about 185lb)
then back to Jump Squats and so far and so forth.
