I haven't created any type of fan made video in over 3 years but this book got me out of my slump and into trailer making again! I know my casting choice for Atlas isn't how a lot of people see him but when I was reading it - the blond hair, blue "husky" eyes, this is exactly who I saw.

I know the book wasn't about Lily & Ryle or Lily & atlas , but I cannot ignore the fact that a part of me fell for Ryle hard just like lily did. I kept excusing his behaviour like lily did because I was so in love with me as if he was real not fiction. That night . Those 15 seconds. They gave me the worst possible heartbreak.
Couldn't agree more with you! IEWU is definitely not a romance book like ISWU is. Atlas is definitely the best for Lily but a part of me felt bad for Ryle as well.

me too, this book can't be a romance tic category, because it has soo many abused and heart breakings. but I love it because I feel the same thing as lily when she was young, my parents are always fighting it's hurts me lot I wish I never end up person like Ryle.

it wasn't Lily and Ryle's story or Lily and Atlas'. it was LILY'S story, and didn't revolve around Ryle changing or anything. it was about domestic violence, and shed light on it in a whole new way.

I think the actual casting is really good actually. Yes, they’re not 23 years old but that makes way more sense anyways. How many surgeons and two successful business owners do you know that are 23 or in their early-mid 20s? It’s not very common and would be more distracting to the movie then casting older people like they did. I know you didn’t meant Jon age but that seems to be the main issue people have and if you really think about it, it’s a really good thing and way more realistic. They should be in their late 20s/ early 30s which is what they casted and imo look that part as well. Especially the guys playing Ryle and Atlas, they look how I imagined.
@@nananicholelily was the only one in her early 20s, ryle was in his early 30s which makes sense for an up and coming surgeon. As for atlas, he was in his mid 20s which is a normal age for a fresh entrepreneur.
True, I was totally shocked... I cannot judge the cast now but they didn't give me the same vibe I have received while reading the book 🥲

@@moonbabe9984 all the older Lily and young Atlas ones are from The Winx Saga. The young Lily ones are from Fear Street. And the Ryle ones are from Divergent. I have no idea about older Atlas tho.

Me, too! I was sobbing and I could start crying right now! Never did I ever think I would feel sorry for an abuser, but my heart broke for Ryle. He deserved what he got, but how I wish he could have changed.

I felt in love with Ryle at first, then i changed my feelings. I would love him to change his behavior at the end of the story. Lily’s choice was the best she could do, my heart was totally broken whenever the bad things happened. i cried a lot but this book taught me a lot of things. I loved it.

Coming here after the cast announcement bcause Abbey Cowen & Theo James always gonna be my Lily & Ryle in my own imagination 😌 ( no hate to Blake & Justin, i'm sure they gonna do an amazing job potraying the character but Abbey & Theo is just so PERFECT for Lily & Ryle. I cannot unsee it)

i guess i have finally found someone who doesn't hate ryle, because i think ryle wasn't that bad (i can't defend his 3rd fight with lily though, but i can first two), its just lily's is too much driven from her past traumas and to attached with atlas, that just made everything a mess..especially for ryle.

..if u are saying having things which are seriously related to her ex with her..and his contact number in her phone case..and a serious attachment with ex even after her marriage is LEGIT and on the other hand the husband has declined his-maybe-career best opportunity of learning in the world's second best hospital of his specific field just because of a very newly opened shop and showing all the love and affection he can..it's only ryle who deserves what he got.

I don't know if it was just me but i fall in love with Ryle when he throws some naked truths as i always wanted someone who expresses his thoughts in words without hesitation. But the moment Lily started to read those letters, Atlas grow on me. I started to get mad at Lily when she gave Ryle a second chance after the first red flag. I cried so hard when Atlas has to say these words " In the future.. in some miracle.. fall in love with me". Like damn Lily! you just let go of someone who would never get to lay a finger on you but you know at the end my tears weren't for Atlas because we all knew what happened. I feel sad for Ryle because he choose to be the bad person when i know he has a choice. Glad that even how much love Lily has for Ryle, she choose to let go of him. Because that was my thought for 20+yrs... if only my mother had the courage to get us away from a broken family, i woudn't have to wake up in the middle of the night crying without feeling because trauma keeps on hitting me up! I felt that my thoughts of "BREAK THE CYCLE" finally are in words and it has to be resonated worldwide.
Uk what atleast everyone needs atlas in their lives.... And I'm so badly in love with atlas and ofc with ryle too but he doesn't deserve lily as much as altlas deserves... Yeah it's bad thing that atlas should fight for his love but he didn't... And also lily should asked for herself that is it okay to be with ryle but not with atlas... When she stayed at atlas's home I was like yeah this time she gonna be do better by choosing him but she also didn't.... This is so heartbreaking for me.....

Dear Ms Östman, Why may I ask caused you to believe this? I don't see any sense in this statement you have made here. Theo James as Ryle Kincaid, really? It doesn't fit. Sure his acting capabilities could allow him to act as Kincaid well, as he is able to flawlessly portray characters in all his movies, but this combo doesn't sit right with me at all. Seeing people believe that they need Theo James as Ryle Kincaid really pains me to hear. You "need" James to act out a selfish abusive husband? I'm so disappointed.
@@dolphincii I think he would do a great job with portraying such a character as Ryle Kincaid. I don't necessarily "need" him to play Ryle in the upcoming movie, however, I've never seen Theo James act as "The bad guy" and I believe it would be interesting to see his take on bringing the character to life.

This book has had so many ups and downs, and really emotional scenes. I finished the book a couple of months ago and this led me to read the second book, which I loved. I can't wait for the movie to come out in Febuary of 2024!

Both collen hover and justin baldoni followed josephine some months ago. And Collen hover liked a post about josephine being casted. I didn't like her acting in after either but I hope she has improved for this role because I can't wait to see it as a movie
