Jens Stoltenberg is a Norwegian politician, and the 13th Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. He served as Prime Minister of Norway from 2000 to 2001, and from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Stoltenberg is wrong with his sarcasm about "Russia will not like NATO expansion to the east". We all know that say NATO say the USA. That exactly what Russia does not like in NATO is American military infrastructure on NATO members. Look at recent Polish and Romanian sites Americans has built for example.
All three - US, Poland, Romania - are members of NATO. They can have joint military projects if they want. Russia has no right to dictate what other countries do.
