That first house did not have that great a view, a house was stuck right there in front. The second house too small. I think the third place was the best one, it had the size.
I'm not interested in the Italian traditional style, seemed to peeve off the realtor a bit, by the look on his face. A bit rude of the client. Just saying.

I prefered the first house, it was more modern and move in ready, smaller means easier to manage
