I just don't understand these so-called "Modern Ghana Builders." our grandparents built houses, added green grass, and planted large trees in the '70s and '80s...when Climate change and flooding weren't a real problem. you would think these people who claim to be more educated would recognize the need and the practicalities of having green grass and trees play not only from their aesthetics but also the practical benefits it provide...to your property. instead of adding a pool, why don't you use that money to add a natural lawn and large trees? is a pool really necessary?
