This is a "Hydroluxe" dual head shower system that my son and I installed in about 5 minutes. It is made of plastic and metal and we installed two of them in our house and they work very well and are inexpensive!

Mine came with a washer/screen Insert that I believe goes into the shower head before screwing it in (The regular /main shower head, not the hose one) But I’m not sure
I wish we could post a picture here LOL
Hmm not sure on where that screen would go as I can't remember if one came with mine or not. I'd say try it installing it on the shower head and see how it works. If it reduces your water flow too much then try it without the screen.

My husband installed a similar model and it worked great for a year or two, but now handheld part drips. What could cause this?
Sorry I'm not sure. Maybe look in the handle to see if there's a rubber washer that needs replaced. Or contact the company that makes it as they should know.
I purchased a Price Pfister Adapter by Whedon and just received it but it’s too small. It’s 1 1/8th”x20 male x 1/2 MIP I don’t know what that means but it didn’t say anything about male or female when I purchased it from Walmart. I didn’t know that until I just got it. I contacted the seller asking if I can return it for the correct part, I’m not sure if they will agree. In the meantime, I wanted to ask if you knew which of the other two attachments were larger that might be the one I need? Thank you!
Sorry I don't know. Try to find someone who knows about plumbing to come over to your house and take a look.
I know it's been a while but at 2:32, my outer ring won't screw on, am I doing this wrong?
Look closely at your shower pipe and the new outer ring.. Make sure the screw threads aren't damaged on both. Other than that if your old show head fits back on then it might be the outer ring is damaged or the threads on the outer ring were not manufactured correctly. You might have to get some help in person to determine the problem.
Do you need the tape?
I would say yes as I always use plumbers tape to prevent leaks.
