@@johnhix484 incompetence. Glide bomb probably failed to deploy again like the other ones did. Instead of gliding it goes straight down and lands on their own territory since they have to launch it from their side because they are protected by the US when they deploy them from russian territory.

They've dropped over 3000 FAB gliding bombs on UA in the last few months. The ones that hit in Russia are those which the wing kits did not deploy. We only hear about the ones that hit near towns, so I'd guess that over 5% of them malfunction upon release.

The apartment building that UATV claims was blown up by the FSB was shown to be perfectly intact in an earlier video.
See 2:11. The area is cordoned off. Why? It was a scheduled demolition. The FSB decided to use the footage to claim
that Ukraine attacked a civilian building. Crisis actors ran toward the camera as emergency crews made a big scene.
