06:30 - Heilang is very useful when you are overburdened and want to keep moving. He doesn't get slowed down by your weight, unlike a horse.
Roaring is actually very useful especially against melee classes. Even if it's unprotected, you're most likely only gonna use it for a split second in order to trigger heilang's roaring which makes him teleport next to you and perform his own roar that floats enemies. Keep in mind that this can also be spammed, which gives us an option to play like a Sorc. I use it along with WW evasion a lot to make up for the i-frame gap and it's one of the few skill that allows tamer to go toe to toe with the best 1v1 classes. It's pretty much a bait skill and a free cc if you ask me. Another thing that most tamers are not aware of is that surging tide will make heilang do one of two things as long as your cursor is red: he either roars (which i hate so much) or he does a ranged stiff similar to howling which is a free kill whenever he uses it. Lastly, I use Command:Follow to ensure that heilang is next to me at all times. You lose the random CCs for his auto attacks but tamers should never rely on those anyways. Command: Follow teleports heilang next to you which is very useful because you can use him as a meat shield especially against ranged classes instead of burning your Q block.
You're talking about Succ Roaring, this is an Awake vid. Roaring sucks for Awake.
21:20 I mention that you "usually don't want to use your z buff", this refers to PvP where in general using your BSR for Allround Spinner is preferable. Forgot to mention that it's a really good thing to use in higher end PvE(Mirumok, Hystria, Star's End etc.)
also Beast Rampage, after recent PVE buff is better than Whiplash for high end PVE.

Came back to tamer and after grabbing in pvp I didn't know a reliable way to get back into awakening. The bolt jolt into echo pierce is exactly what I needed, thank you so much.
Thank you for sharing! I am returning to the game, and I almost created a new class to be my main, but I remembered I had a level 55 Tamer. I only needed to login once to fall in love again with my favorite class ever in Black Desert. I appreciate this guide because it shows us combos, but also helps understanding better how the skills work, and PvP in general.
I have never been in PvP before, but I would love to be good at it, and even contribute to a guild while doing PvP.

You could use after/before (you pick) the red bird you can use gust and intimidation, that following your combo, that will highly increase your damage output and it's not hard to do. Plus you'll be at the enemies back and will say in awk. I usually cancel the round spining, cuz I think the most of the damage comes from Heilang, so I cancel all around spinning midway into gust into intimidation
Second, I don't think you need to use command attack before howling, you can use howling direct you just need to aim at the target and wait for the aiming thing get red... Heilang will appear at the enemies foot and start howling.. It's pretty neat :)

Just a heads up, if you pick up Air Lightning, then you'll be able to hold down Q while in tree climb animation and Air Lightning will cancel the falling animation that you get stuck in if you collide with a target while mid Tree Climb. Heilang follow command is useful for endgame PVE as well. It's good to use the heilang follow command to group mobs up that aggro heilang when you're at Stars End, Hystria etc.

also, the point about spray scratch for the lbp cancel to move, its better to do it with LMB - LBP mid ww hop, so u dont waste ur scratch just to move, instead using it when you think you can get a cc
Hey man, could you make an updated Tamer awakening guide with the new damage buffs. Maybe throw in some clips of aakman hysyia se before buff and after buff? Just a thought. It may be a small group but the awakened tamer would appreciate it.

is any skill outside awa skills rly necessary for pve besides summon heilang and absorb heilang? i dont really see the use of main and secondary skill besides using them in pvp. thx
what exactly are you pressing at 20:32 ? my char starts going into the falling animation after legendary beast power xD when i'm trying to get down a cliff like in your video @_@ no clue if an image of where i'm practising has anything to do with it but imgur.com/AXFuxiC

What about skill add-ons? How did you do that part?
if you look around at like 2:37 for example some of the skills show his preferred skill add-ons, mostly just looks like a split between pvp and mob damage increase suggesting he probably grinds on arsha which seems to be the case in the video

Guys i have a question. I see so many People that they have over 2k Skillpoints..Where the heck did u get that. Yes i know Farmin Skill Point Spots like Pollys or Nagas etc but 2k come one is there a Trick? ..... Afk lvling? Or did u must stay on lvl 49 to fast grind Skill Points ? I farm Pollys and get only 100 Points per hour. Can any one explain me that XD I am lost ^^

trueNini that’s his own life bar, if you go into “edit ui” you can enable it.
You can respawn it no problem
the dog never dies.

quite a bit has changed, there is some outdated material in this video because of that(some of the info was outdated when it came out, as this video came out right after the LBP buff that made it important)

Just wanna ask, which is better awakening or succession tamer. I like both but I don't have the books to spend all day.
Go awakening. It's the most popular choice.
Succession loses moonlight strike, which is a really good way to engage.
Also, i think Leave's Dropping and Gust are only available in awakening. These are your most important dashes and i-frames (invincibility frames) as a tamer.
In my opinion, you lose a lot of mobility in succession.

When you mount heilang during duel you become invulnerable. I guess thats the use of it xDD

wait there are tamer mains out there in 2020 ?
mostly in asian servers, it got nerfed for a reason. really OP in large scale pvp. top ranked in large scale KD stats alongside ranger, sorc, witch, and wizard. western servers never really figured out how to use tamer properly and the meta never really developed so everyone over here was confused about the nerf. asia wasn't.

@@drtobse2639 playstyle. asian server players just got the class figured out better, higher APM too. things may have changed since the nerf discussed in this video, as I imagine the 100% BSR allround spinner was a good part of why tamer does so well in large scale. but the s the class has are almost sorc-tier, which makes the class almost sorc-tier in the hands of someone who knows how to abuse the s, it just takes a lot more skill and attention to abuse them than what you usually see.
