I really hate the way her grandmother controls and treats her. she made her life more negative. love the sight of them holding hands no matter how small. Because her grandmother tore up the painting, it made Khun Neung even more determined to get closer to ArNeung and become her supporter. Aneung’s grandma makes Sam and Neung’s grandma look like a saint. Put both grandmas in a ring, tell them Aneung and Neung are in love with each other and let’s see which grandma survives. :) Faye looked amazing in that dress.
They already have started to care about each other even before all the drama and twists happen.
Rewatching this over and over again makes me want to teleport future Chet, Fah and Grandma to see how Aneung and Khun Neung's relationship started. And it's none of those judgements that they have. It just shows that people can make all the opinions they want but they really have no clue as to how any relationship develops.

I wish we had a bit more information about Aneung's Grandmother (both in the novel and in the show)
She obviously has a lot of money, she lives in a beautiful house, and sent both her daughter and granddaughter to the same upper class private school.
Does she have a job? Does she just stay home all day?
I assume her husband has already passed away since he's never even mentioned. I suppose he could have had a business that she runs now, or he had lots of money that he left to her?
But it would have been interesting if she were a doctor. Like, that's why she wants Aneung to be a doctor so strongly maybe?
Idk, I just think it would add an interesting level of complexity to her, and would make her a bit more sympathetic. Especially after episode 5 of season 2!

I'm just realising, Aneung's grandma wouldn't let her have any friends, because her mother's "bad friends" (i.e Khun Neung) lead her to becoming pregnant at 16.
Aneung wouldn't exist if Khun Neung hadn't said those things to her mother 20 years ago. Khun Neung unknowingly caused both Aneung's existence, and her misery at the hands of her grandmother.
It's an absurd, makjang like plot twist, but it's also way deeper than it seems.
