This isn't yarn, it's fiber that can be spun into yarn or used this way, & because it's not twisted you can split it down the middle & make it thinner. Whatever you do with it though please don't cut it - you'll end up with short fibers that will work their way out & shed. Just pull it apart with your hands. You may have to experiment with the distance between your hands; just keep moving them further away from each other until the fiber separates. (This is something handspinners know to do but knitters & crocheters don't.) So - put the scissors away & just use your hands.

Have you ever come across - Veyillian Noncarlett Eradicator - (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my neighbour got great results with it.
