I have a few tips:
put the bee hives in the moss blanket
pumps in dry reef
and drills in indigo place (the one with rad slimes)
to get some of the rare items e.g. Royal Jelly, Lava dust you will need to build advanced extractors in the places listed above.
You don't need a carrot farm, the carrots grow automatically with the odd onions. LIKE SO HE CAN SEE
