This really is beautiful, I always thought Morgana and Arthur had a relationship that went far beyond siblings, there was obvious romantic attraction there, and beyond that a kind of deeper connection, one Arthur never seemed to share with Gwen, who in my opinion only really had a shallow, insubstantial relationship with Arthur, based more on the mutual desire to break the rules, to be taboo and carry on with the attractive forbidden fruit, I'm sure the cared for each other, loved each other but they didn't have what Morgana and Arthur did. Even after she died in front of him Arthur didn't even bother to help Merlin to stand him up, he just stared brokenly at her lifeless body like he had lost the will to try. As for my feelings on Merlin being a wedge between them and a massive catalyst for Morgana going down a dark path, all based on his own selfish desire for the future as Arthur's right hand man that the dragon eluded to, well I'll save that because this has become enough of an essay lol Beautiful job!
