@@LyndhurstXMRMYthank you so much. I spent hours trying to figure out which is the best company and how to set it up and then I came across your video and it helped so much.
@@LyndhurstXMRMYlso another question if you don’t mind helping me is. What secondary spring should I run. Epi red or white. My atv is a 22 can am outlander 570 xmr and want to run 31” xm310’s. I want it to be good in both trails and hard mud riding. And keep the top end speed
Okay so I just ordered my cv tech primary for 30 inch tires bike is all stock and I seen this video and ordered the white spring like you installed. Was that a bad idea ?
Hello.. i have a can am 650 max xt 2017 running on 28” mudzillas, and am looking for a “spring only” clutch tune, noting that am mostly a trail rider.. which spring kit do you advise to use? And doest it give a sensible difference in performance ?
If you're just doing trail, i honestly have no idea. I dont do much trail at all or use clutch kits. Your best bet would be to contact epi or dalton directly
Hi man eh tv tell me to ask you I have a Renegade 800 Dalton kit db0 800m I want to know I have silverback 30 inch pulls a helix of 650 can you be better if yes with the secondary spring origin or the one Dalton kit thank you for your answer
Renegade 975, you need to find out what the compression weight is on the stock spring and the dalton spring is. If you want more torque, you want higher compression weight
so changing the length and resistance of a secondary spring, gives the secondary more distance and weight to rotate the belt so you have better acceleration in the mid to high rpm range! it makes a huge difference on smaller cc bikes with big tires
Hey, I got a 2019 can am renegade 570 with 30 inch cryptons and a cv tech primary what secondary spring should I get? If not necessary let me know. Thanks!
Keep the videos coming love them I ride a2018 Renegade 570 XMR
ON IT!!!!!
wow sick your gade man i love the color
What spring should I get with a cvtech primary clutch if I still want a good top end speed and still good for mud with 31” tires

Not necessrily, just means youll have much more rpm recovery when going on/off the throttle as the spring is stiffer

Right on! Good to know! Thanks.
Looking for more bottom end torque?? What would be the best for that just a spring in the secondary or ? I got a 2019 renegade XMR 570
For maximum low end torque get a cvtech primary clutch
@@LyndhurstXMRMY do you have any sellers in particular to buy from or just any on eBay ?

White would be the main difference from going to the white epi secondary spring from the red one on my outlander 650max xt with 29.5 assassinators
Better rpm recovery, and faster acceleration

Red or white! White will give you better acceleration both will get the job done

@@LyndhurstXMRMY ok thanks man
Hi. How did you remove the helix? Mine is exactly like yours with that shaft and won’t come out.
You should be able to just pull it out once your secondary clutch it off
@@LyndhurstXMRMY . That’s my issue . Shaft keeps helix locked
@@jucamvil so you cant take your secondary off?
@@LyndhurstXMRMY yes . Secondary is off. Now I need to replace the helix because it’s broken but don’t know why this one is different

Those are actually 8mm👍🏼
yea, my garage was a mess that day couldnt find that blasted 8mm lol
Lyndhurst XMRMY happens to the best of is. At least it’s not a 10mm 🤣
JorgeCanAm ATVs my 10mm is securely fastened to the toolbox at all time lol
so you showed removal but not installation of the spring. Useless!
Just do the same process backwards.... thanks for stopping by
