I literally just spent all night doing silent sniper on this map. Definitely did not do it the easy way
Sniper challenges rarely line up with SA options.
In your instance, a guard will walk in shortly after the meeting 'concluded', whether they finished what they were doing, or are rendered deceased.
It's also likely a guard patrol saw the bodies through the window...

Probably that. But if you use a normal sniper, the target will probably alert a guard before you take them out. So the solution really is take out the guards first. Or wait a bit longer for them to go to the tower, take the guards out up there and it'd be easy.
For an easy SASO, follow this guide but use the Sieger 300 Ghost. You won't get complete the challenge for killing both targets with one bullet, but as long as you don't miss when you shoot at the targets, the guard won't investigate. I think it's the bullet hitting the wall after going through the targets' bodies that alerts him.
unfortunately I've tried doing that a few times and it seems like the guards always enter the room long before you have time to escape, even without being alerted
Mr Freeze is goated in the Hitman community imo. These guides have helped so much in unlocking everything. Also casually level 1100 lmao great vid as always mate.
No matter where I shoot on the box or the rest of the tower with the majestic it just won't trigger the meeting :(

For those struggling to trigger the meeting you have to hit the button on the box not just the box

I’ve tried shooting that box to turn the lights on repeatedly. I cannot get it to start the meeting. Am I doing it wrong or this get patched? I am certain I’m hitting the box, although I am not sure it’s in the right spot.
You can just chuck any remote explosive close to those guards at the cave entrance.. they will see it, pick it up, and then bring it to the storage box which is right next to the satellite computer thing.
Thanks for guide! For me, I managed to get SA after shooting the targets. I spammed a couple shots near the bodyguard and he ran toward me while shooting at me from a far distance even while im going downstairs ( which is ridiculous considering I wasn't spotted ) but thankfully used the same exit as fast as I could.

I think what happened is that the piercing round, after going through the first target, acts like a sound distraction. I think since it first hits one NPC and then another, the game recognizes it like you're using a bullet hit distraction. Might be wrong but I think this is what happens
I used the Sieger 300 - one shot into each target in quick succession - and again, body found straightaway. And currently (31 Jul), Sniper Assassin is an active challenge and has been for some days.
I managed to do sniper assassin suit only silent assassin it was not hard I did almost always the same things the only thing I changed was that I waited for the targets to get to the tower ruins so I knocked out all of the guards before and put a gun in the ground where only the guard that goes with them see it so he leave and only akka and crest was there then I killed both with the sniper and hid their bodies if they wasnt already been hidden from the shot, I also hid the tower guy so nothing could ruin the silent assassin, then I leave using the submarine
It's funny how they don't wonder where the guard went that has been standing there all day lol. Sniper elite 4 had a really good ai for that if you whistle lure them, they end up looking for their friend.
Once I shoot the beacon, I’ll be waiting for the targets to meet up and out of nowhere a sniper bullet goes past my head and targets go into lockdown. Anyone got any idea what’s happening?

Maybe lure the guard away with bullet impact before the meeting?
You might already be aware, but you can also use the remote EMP device to knock out the surveillance satellite.

You can get both targets with the cannon if you time it right
Well the challenge we’re trying to solve here is snipper assassin so you need to use the sniper rifle

I am not sure what it up. My sniper assassin will not trigger. I even ran SASO....um oh well. It is aggravating though it is one of the last things I need and at this point I am not sure what I need to do to get this one.
Why does it say I've already done suit only and sniper assassin before I even played the map?
