the extracts and the even more potent form hitting the market, 7-hydroxymitragynine (7oh) are a problem for me, burning a hole in my pockets too. The problem is because its so available, 8am - 10pm every day at the smoke shop, whenever I need it.
Bro I know exactly what you mean! I just quit kratom extract. It got to the point were I went to the ER. And it was taking all my money!
Krqtom saved my life.. I would still be on the street strung out on booze and pills with no wallet, no phone, no family... now I take kratom once a day, pay my bills on time, make time for my family, go to work every day, pay my taxes.... kratom has only done good things for me and I know of many other people that benefit from it... I guess if you have serious addiction issues stay away from it but I would also tell you to stay away from the nicotine pen you got... very addictive.. I would make sure I didn't consume any coffee either and nothing that feels good... cheers, everyone..

Kratom almost killed me i used it to get off of Subs. It destroyed my memory, and when I got hooked on it the withdrawal was insane. I was drinking more and more and the taste was traumatizing me. Horrible experience.
My neighbor was taking Kratom for about 7 years everyday. He would take 15 grams 2 times per day for 7 years. His liver was getting damaged so he had to stop kratom. I felt so bad for this guy, he was withdrawing from the kratom for about 3 months. He said 1-10 days acute withdraw, 11-30 days PAWS no energy, not happy feelings, very very tiered. He is still clean from kratom but still not 100% and its been 100 days and he claims it was easier to get off pills than kratom. BE CAREFUL!
I used kratom to get off suboxone it’s wild they prescribe it to come off of kratom. Wtfffffffff that’s brutal. Couple of days of pain or a couple MONTHS. lol suboxone is hard af to kick.
And sublocade can take 7 months. Holy shiiiiiiit dude
It definitely has its place. I take 6 gpd after a heavy workout and it seems to do everything it needs to. Been doing it for around 5 years at this dose.
Those precipitated withdrawals were 100% from the tianeptine and not the kratom.

I think it’s important to note that Kratom can be used correctly and not add to any of the anti Kratom rhetoric. I worry about that going too far…
That’s funny, I worry about it not going far enough. I don’t want to ban it but I don’t think the average person knows the acute addiction potential.
Are you kidding, the anti kratom misinformation campaign is as bad as the anti cannabis crusade. Even the WHO did an investigation and recommended not banning kratom
If you look it up anywhere you find the information. I really don’t understand how it could be difficult to find out it can be addictive. We’re talking about something that helps get you off the strongest narcotics. It’s childish to not assume it’s got some abuse potential. And it’s everywhere
I take 2 grams morning and afternoon. Never more never less. No euphoria, no “high”. It makes me feel normal. Used to be addicted to opiates and was s*I dial and depressed. Kratom green maeng da got me off all meds.

I'm really disappointed. Kratom saves so many lives and is such a safer alternative to such dangerous drugs. You've had a anti kratom bias for awhile now but lately it feels like you are helping to criminalized a plant that gave so many people their lives back. I've been a fan for years, but this has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Seriously, kratom safety profile is safer than all hard drugs, safer than alcohol, or tobacco. It's like the witch hunt against weed, dissapointing as hell
If knocking kratom is your takeaway, from this interview...I think you're missing the message. Replace kratom with your doc.

Nothing took me out quicker than kratom extracts. I could legitimately not stop if my life depended on it. Freaking no joke at all.
