This Mantra is all about beginning the process of surrendering to the Higher Self. By surrendering, by taking refuge into that higher self, by becoming one with that, by becoming part of that force, that energy.

I take refuge in the Buddha, trusting inherent peace and freedom of a heart free from clinging.
