Let's pause and reflect on what we would like to transform during the month ahead and plant seeds we would like to grow. Let's focus on what we would like, NOT on what we don't. A question I ask myself more often is "Do I feel like this is for me?" - it's so important to listen to the self. Sometimes, the answer could be from the ego, the sense of comfort, safety and protection. The more we get to ask how we feel inside, the more authentic we are.
There is something within each one of us that never changes - that which never dies. This part of us is beyond the changing mind. This subtle space exists between the right and wrong and emotional up and down.
The feminine energy of this New Moon brings us a centred idea on how we feel, therefore making us focus on the present. Stay in the present!
