- I finally found the perfect place to build the ultimate car guy compound. Tons of car parts, tools, and a motorcycle were left behind. So today we're going to sort through everything, throw a ton of stuff away, and start cleaning things up. A new house, a new shop, and a place to build cars better than ever before... but the house has some strange secrets of it's own.

I run a 15,000 lb mini ex almost every day for a living, and a 45,000 lb excavator occasionally and people don't realize how hard and how much skill it takes to operate one really, really good. After you run one for a while, it's all muscle memory, you don't even think about it, it's like your brain telling your fingers to move, lol
Dig out the base of the tree roots before you try to push the tree over
"Diggerland USA" is in Berlin, N.J. It's pretty cool JR! You have to dig in front of the tree so that when you push it down, the roots won't have any resistance to coming up and out.

You can use the dirt/gravel pile as paver base if you're gonna do a paver patio. I put pavers around the perimeter of my house as a mow strip. Also keeps organic material away from the house-- less moisture issues and lower chance of pests like earwigs getting in.
You should integrate a chest cooler behind the bar for your ice well. It would be easy to drop it in while you're there and take it out when you leave. Make it easier for the bartenders!

i noticed in the first part of your video you have a apple watch ultra. i have one as well and i had to flip the watch around so that the wheel is on the left side of the watch because whenever i bent my wrist the wheel would get pushed. if you are having that issue as well, there is an option for you to turn it around.
My contractor when building and addition learned the hard way that 811 only marks what the utility owns, not what you own. They marked the underground power line up to the connection in the front of my property but didn’t mark the line that ran behind my house that connected to my house.
They have those driveway mats that you can sod over might not be a bad investment along the side and back of the shop.

Twenty-plus years ago I worked at Cat. That Whistling Diesel wheel loader is the third largest they made. 50's smaller, 70's medium, 90's series is the 'big boy'.
His is a Kamatsu, not cat. Cat dozers are D series. D11 being the biggest

No thumb? Small excavators are near useless without a thumb. Excavators are strongest pulling toward the cab, thumb makes a hell of a difference in usability.

I am sure most people in Germany live in dense apartments. In the USA a lot of people live in rural areas with large lots. 5+ acres, so not practical or economical to run city pipes
You are joking right look at the land sizes Germany is only 357 592 kms square where USA is 9.834 million kms squared South Africa is 1.2 million kms squared in agricultural areas which I assume Jr is on. It makes no fiscal sense to build a sewer line kms long for just one little property.

@@keithbroh5730agreed septic tanks are realistically more effective as enzymes break down the fecal matter and last for years. We just had ours pumped for the first time in 10 years and the pumped goods get taken to waste water management centres in the city. And are easier to deal with because need for chemical treatment is lower due to enzyme breakdown.
