The musical legend Robert Smith's voice is timeless!!!
I've seen the Cure twice in concert over the years in my early and mid 20's. I'm in my mid 40's now and I swear to God if I could see them just one more time I would cry. Robert Smith has had such an impact on my life from my youth up until now. Just a dream now, but maybe someday I'll see them again.

In high school we were under The Cure influence intensively. We even set up a small fan club studying their lyrics and new songs. Then the school has ended. Each of us went their own way of life. Didn't know what most of us doing. Untill that event in 2016, where we all met again. Really awesome moment. I left the event double hypnotized by 3 hrs. of my music and meeting my friends, after 30 yrs. Thanks The Cure 🖐

Great video thank you for sharing. Although it might be hard to look at Robert in a concert filmed over the last 10 years, because seeing his appearance as he ages is a stark reminder of my own mortality. While I may not be as old as him, I've been a fan for at least 30 years. However, I can say with pride that his guitar playing skills and singing voice remain as strong as ever. I still prefer the Disintegration era, but I'm glad I watched this one. It's much easier to think of him and myself as being forever young.

PICTURES OF YOU;
I was struck by Robert Smith's distinctive vocals.
This song described, spot-on, the last days of my Mom's sad life. I fell in love The Cure, really that boyish mournful voice of Robert Smith. It's hard for me to not remember the closeness of the relationship between my Mom and I.
I sang one my songs at the foot of my Mom's coffin... I don't know if i finished it.
I too reached the top of the music business and lived to make her proud.
"Pictures of You," is close to my heart.
