Thanks for being honest (at least for me). So far you're the only 'reactor' who mention the attitude of the judges. 100% agree with you, their excitement should've never overcome their focus on judging those five. I also love how you explain the difference between Indonesian and Filipino singer, never heard that before. Good job, man.

But if you saw this entire video, he finally realized that the reason why the judges are over reacted because ALL OF THEM are way too good, and it will be hard for the judges to choose which one could continue the competition.
I do agree with you the judges very disrespectful talking eachother when the contestants singing.

Marami na akong nameet na Indonesian singers like Judika, Noah, Mario Klau... They extremely good just like Jed Madela, Eric Santos, Martin Rivera and other Filipino singers... indonesian and filipino have same pronunciation, you read and say it 80% like native indonesian, and some word have same meaning too with bahasa indonesia
actually the judges were discussing about how all 4 contestants have different takes and style to the song. 13:47 she said: "this is like a current style version."
And then the guy said: "..his vocal character is." They got in ear monitors btw
16:40 maybe they are just nervous, 'cause they slayed the other performances, but I agree.. Philippines is indeed home of many great singers!
18:11 for Indonesia I would say the ratio is 50:50, many soloists are female, more male in vocal groups or bands.
And I think the male singers are in a more diverse music genres than female singers.
For male soloists, many of them are Jazz or RnB singers.
And for females, many of them singing Pop and Ballads.
Music industry here are really diverse, and because of Indonesian huge population, even music genres that are very segmented, their listeners are still in a big number 😅
The most mainstream ones are Dangdut (Indonesian folk music), Pop, Ballad, and Jazz.
Currently city pop (or we call it pop kreatif) and 90's pop are now popular again, Rock and RnB are popular too, etc.

I've known some Indonesian singers and they're really great. And I believe they are warm people too. I guess they're the nearest resemblance of Filipinos among other asian countries.

Man i like that you pointed out each of their strenght. And you also appreciate the one with less acrobatic vocal technique. Maydea has really dinamic vocal and she's unbelievably good, but for this song specifically i like Alvin's and Roby's version more.
