Build a Motorized Bike at home - 70kmph

I started this winter project of motorizing the bicycle I used while I was a kid to make it usable again in the year 2017.It is a BMX bicycle frame with 16 inches wheels on it. I used a 49.5cc TVS 2 stroke engine to power it as I found that it is legal to use a moped under 50cc without license, tax or even insurance on Indian roads as per motor vehicles act 1988.
The complete modification on the bicycle is reversible if needed as my design does not harm the originality of the frame in anyway. All alterations have been done on the seat pillar which is a GI shower pipe. The engine, fuel tank & seat can be dismantled as a single unit, thereby relieving the bicycle to its original form. This retrofit assembly can also be transplanted to other bicycles as well universally with minor alterations to the design.
The power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a V belt which drives a reduction ratio from the TVS engine to pulley which I picked up from a flour grinding machine. The fuel tank is also from a TVS moped which I have modified to suit my requirements i.e. the mouth and outlet positions that I changed.
The bike is capable of speeding up to 70kmph and gives a mileage of around 40-45 kmpl.I spent around Rs.7k/- for this project which excludes the cost of the bicycle and other scraps which I already possessed. So pushing the total cost to around 10-15k.I tested the bikes endurance for a distance of 40kms from my college at Padur to my residence at Shenoy Nagar on OMR Road and I was pleased by its performance.
