Dude you train years and years, 2x a day 6 days a week. I guess your body gets conditioned for it. The problem is when you stop training, but occasionally go to play matches. Your brain has them moves still ingrained, but your body is not trained for this kind of stuff anymore....

Now I’m in my mid 20’s but in the 6 years since I graduated, there’s def a work ethic gap. And I might show this video to them that even at the highest level, you ball as hard as you can all 25+ for all 5 games. The team that works the hardest typically wins. Great video
