Ingredients:
Brinjal/Eggplant-750 Grams Or 6
Sprats-200 Grams
Small Shallots-200 Grams
Vinegar-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
Plain Chili Powder-little bit more than 1 Tbsp
Salt to your taste
Sugar- 1/2 Tbsp
