Great day out, brilliant mix of riding all in one day. Must have been good having the ebike for that one.
Yeah mate. It was day one of three days of riding. The ebike was great. Big day without fatigue. Meant the next two days were really good 👍
Great video :) All the good stuff included!
Definitely ❤️👍
Awesome Jamie! Dougie is such a good guy - looked an epic day out!
Cheers fella. It was a good one for sure. Dougie was an awesome guide 👍
Bit late to this one 😂. Absolutely smashing video mate, drone shots are epic in that scenery. I love a big day in the hills, particularly when taking in some quality trails 👌
Better late than never buddy 👌 Couldn't agree more. Thank you 😊
Looks epic mate, one on my list for sure!
Cheers TK 👌🤙
Nice one Jamie burma road has some cracking views expecially on a sunny day like that. The burma singletrack descent is also a good one to do. 👌👍
I watched your vid before I went! That descent looked good bud 👌
Looks awesome dude....that IS now marked in to my calendar for a visit to ride 👍😀
It's a special place for sure mate. If you tag on Burnside it is the ride that has everything 👌
When first going mtbing in Aviemore thought about trying Burma Road but ended up going to Badaguish instead. Great to see it, ideal for a big bike day out in the wilderness, On my list to try along with Corrieyairack Pass, Torridon and Glen Kinglass. Well ridden on High Burnside, ace video and thanks for sharing! 😁🤙
Thanks mate. I need to get back to Torridon!!!
Wonderful production Jamie. We did the Burma Road Sluggan Bridge loop on our Aviemore tour last year in glorious weather and lived it. Cheers. Stoozer.
It's an incredible place bud. Glad you enjoyed the vid 👌🤙
Absolutely. Next time I'm up in Aviemore I will do those High Burnside trails that look great. 🤠
You'll love em buddy.
That Motorhome at the bottom of High Burnside was us. I ended up doing Nazi Gold and a few other trails. Was such a nice day!
Brilliant buddy. So glad you had a good one 👌
@@streetpigeonmtb I remember seeing u out the van window when getting ready for the ride. My kids saying we’re famous now 😁 nice to know you can link Burma with HB
Ha ha. Thanks buddy 👍
Great video as always. I'll be heading there start of May to do this route , just got my first ebike , what was the battery did you're ride have 650 or 750 ?
Thanks bud. The eeb has a 350 watt hours battery! Incredible eh? Only weighs 17.9kg though. Not much more than an enduro bike 👌
I did almost exactly that 2 years ago it was made by the weather as I wouldn't fancy being up there in the open if the weather turned. Did you go as far as Sluggan? Bridge It was worth the wee detour.
I don't think so. What was at Sluggan?
Just a bridge 😊 a very old one mind you
Ah nice. I don't think we made it that far as I don't remember an old bridge 👍
Great video….scenery looked amazing…..just a shame you had to say “ ebiking is cheating “……very disappointing
Hi Bobby. I think you are hearing what you want to hear. I said 'I'm kinda cheating a wee bit' not 'ebiking is cheating'.
As someone who doesn't own and ebike and only pedals I did feel like I was cheating a wee bit I.e. making things easier than they were.
At no point did I say thay ebiking is cheating or say anything against ebikers.
I honestly couldn't care what type of bikes folks ride. As long as folks have a bike that they get out on it's all good 👍
