Tips: 1) do mini twists and protective styles as much as possible. 2) pre-poo( use conditioner and detangle hair before washing hair in shower) this minimizes/ avoids breakage. 3) take vitamin b5 4) stop using regular hair ties and use satin scrunches instead.
that’s for the tipss girl 💕💕 I’m trying to grow my hair out rn but it’s so hard for me to be consistent with taking hair vitamins 😩 in love with your hair tho
THIS IS SOO HELPFUL AND I HAVE THE SHEA MOISTURE! I THINK IM GONNA TRY TWISTING MY HAIR BUT ITS GONNA COME OUT TERRIBLE 😭💀 ANYWAY THESE ARE REALLY GOOD TIPS TO GROW HAIR AND VERY USEFUL, OKAYYY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TWINNNN 😎
Excellent tips, girl! I also use that same Shea Moisture line. I big chopped ear length end of 2018 due to damage, matting from neglecting my hair under wigs. Now my real hair is mid back but some of my tips would be to drink plenty of water, take a multivitamin, keep hair moisturized & avoid flat ironing hair too much.
@@heyitsb Thanks, babe! Congrats on your growth too because it was very quick and inspiring. I also made some videos about my hair journey. Let's support each other. 😍
this helped alot i really want to get my curls back because i kinda have a little heat damage and i want to get my curly hair back is there a way you can do that type of video
i've never personally had to deal with heat damage, so I can't recommend stuff from a first hand experience. I would recommend trying protein treatments!
sounds like you need to find out what your hair porosity is! hair porosity determines your hairs ability to retain moisture. there’s tons of videos on youtube that explain how to easily find your porosity, but figuring that out will tell you what products and methods will and wont work for your hair!!
