JUMP TO EXECUTE THAT NEEDS SPACE ON THE LEFT SIDE
0:17-0:27: This jump saves space on the pathway for future lanes going through the entryway. Notice that for this jump's execution, I turn the bus slightly left just before jumping. Also notice that there needs to be space on the left side of the bus for this slight left turn.
0:38-0:45: The slight left turn helps make the jump easier to execute. If there isn't enough space on the left side of the bus, the jump is trickier to execute and can end badly.
SPECIFIC THINGS TO DO DURING THE SECOND-TO-LAST ROUTE CYCLE TO HELP WITH SPACING
1:15-1:20: For the lane that's after the jump, drive slightly left of the upcoming bus stop shelter. It's fine if the bus stop shelter shatters. As you drive past the bus stop shelter, make sure to keep the open space that was created on the right side of your bus until you're past the jump from the previous lane.
1:30-1:38: When you do the next two lanes, have them be close to the previous lane.
1:49-1:55: For the last lane, be aware that the jump won't be available because it was used earlier during the previous lane to make space for other parts of the route.
2:35-2:41: While doing the last lane, pay attention to the pathway support on the left (which my mouse cursor circles around at 2:06). Just a little before your bus is next to the pathway support, boost over to the pathway on the left. Land on the right side of the pathway and then drive back close to the buses on the right.
*It's possible to stay on the same pathway the whole time (your bus will probably have to tilt to get through the narrow space) but it's safer to boost over to the other pathway because there's enough space to guarantee things go smoothly.
    LAST ROUTE CYCLE EXECUTION
2:58-3:08: Again if you do all the mentioned methods in the second-to-last route cycle, then the jump will be easier to execute during the last route cycle because there will be enough space on the left side for the slight left turn that's done just before jumping.
3:22-3:43: Since it's the last route cycle, that means you don't need to worry about spacing for future route cycles. As such, now you can have all the next lanes be close to the previous lane.
