I feel like taking a Pre-Heresy helmet and painting it in the Iron Warriors scheme would be better cause Cawl wouldn't just kill off old marines. He would want his Primaris to replace them, yes, but he wouldn't kill them. Other than that, looks really good.
That is an excellent conversion and great background. This might be your best one yet.
