- Running After Illness - ah man it was so good to get out for my first run in 7 days! I think when you are runner, theres nothing worse than being kept out of running for illness or injury reasons. Running is our escape and passion and to have that taken away can be rather soul destroying! I can honestly say I haven't been that ill in a long time, at least for the time i've been running which is just over 4 years! Anyway...we are back and here are my thoughts on coming back into running after a 7 day layoff.

It’s always difficult knowing exactly when to come back after a layoff. Brisk walk is a nice tester - I do the same myself.
