It is, there are nearly endless regional accents and a multitude of ethnic groups
Think of how many accents are in America alone and then realize Russia is like 3x as big
The Ukrainian accents are always off. Some of the big giveaways is that generally Ukrainians pronounce G as H and pronounce V as “vw”. Ukrainian also sounds much less harsh than Russian. Now Belarusian… good luck
