  • This is a beautiful Tibetan recipe in which seasoned meat is stuffed inside bread, which id then deep fried. Authentic Tibetan recipes generally use beef or lamb as the filling, here we have used mutton instead. It can also be made with chicken or even with veggies. The meat may be used in both raw form or pre cooked. If using raw meat in the filling, the meat needs to be marinated atleast for an hour with the ingredients as shown in the video. In case of chicken, it is recommended to use marinated chicken (uncooked) since it will turn out to be more juicy and chicken cooks in no time!
    This dish is usually paired with a sauce (Sepen in Tibetan), one version of which we have shown in our previous video.

    P.s. : Do not over knead the dough (5 mins is more than enough)
    And you may leave the soy out, and if using, use VERY LITTLE (else it will overpower the dish.
