- Hi ,Tashi Delek, Today I am going to show you how to make Tibetan Keema Thukpa, a home made noodle recipe which is widely enjoyed in winter.
Tibetan Keema Thukpa is a hand pulled noodle and it is easy to prepare and also taste delicious.
This is little similar to Japanese Udon noodle but it is not same.
For the stretchability of the dough, there are many factors but in China many used to add 蓬灰 an alkalic agent .
